Thieves steal horses instead of cars in crisis?
A horse and a cart were stolen in Klimavichy.
The thieves were local inhabitants of 47 and 62 years of age. The horse and the cart belonged to a pensioner from the village of Hireevichy, informs Mahileu police.
A criminal case was started against the detained. They face up to 4 years of imprisonment.
