Lukashenka urges Belarusians to help “find the degenerates”
Alyaksandr Lukashenka has urged Belarusian citizens to help the police find the criminals who organized the explosion in the metro.
"It will be difficult to find the degenerates without your help and you have to help us”, -said Lukashenka at the emergency meeting dedicated to the terrorist act in Minsk metro.
