It can be seen on one of the buildings from the Supreme Court. The picture was taken on Thursday, January 31.
It is known that the numbers "14/88" are encoded Nazi slogan. 88 is an encoded greeting to commemorate Adolf Hitler.
Surprisingly enough, no one hurries to paint the slogan over yet.
