Russia to ask Belarus, Kazakhstan to ban grain exports
Russia intends to ask Belarus and Kazakhstan to impose a grain export ban, reports the official news agency BELTA. The Russian government today banned grain exports effective from August 15 through December 31, 2010. Belarus and Kazakhstan are asked to follow the move since they are member states of the Customs Union of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan.
