Police destroy 300kg of wild poppy in Brest district
The police destroyed 300 kg of wild poppy at a one-hectar illegal plantation near the village of Tamashouka in the Brest district, reports Belapan. The Brest Regional Police Department on June 1 launched a capmaign dubbed "Poppy" which aims to bust the plants with narcotic substances and step up fight against drug-trafficking.
