Guy condemned for trying to bribe military registration and enlistment office

A guy from Lyozna Distract has been sentenced to three years with suspension of sentence. He did not want to serve in the army and tried to bribe employees of his military registration and enlistment office.
The officer was not tempted by 2 million rubles and he informed the police about the potential draftee.

He will not be drafted for sure, as he has a conviction now.
