Authorities forgive fines to Minsk residents

Authorities in Minsk have forgiven fines totaling 132 million rubels to Minsk residents, who have paid out their outstanding utility debts.
The Minsk Novosti news agency says that the city's list of debtors shortened by 77 households in Q1.
